BRIEF
Over the following weeks you will work through a series of exercises exploring the different elements
and functions of After Effects, culminating in a short animation. For your final outcome you are to
produce a report of the work you have produced during this brief.
Contents need to include:
What is After Effects?
How does it work?
What does it do?
Examples showing good, dynamic use of After Effects with reference to Graphic Design in particular.
What has been learnt each week including main animation methods, screen shots and links to the
videos produced.
FINAL FORMAT
You should open a new Vimeo or YouTube account and upload all your After Effects outcomes to it so
that you can embed the links into your report.
Module GC1000, Brief 1 When your Powerpoint report is finished export it as a PDF and upload it as instructed.
